Tender description

PfH have developed the current Kitchens framework to now incorporate bathrooms in addition to installation and maintenance services in line with PfH member requirements. This lot relates to the provision of fitted kitchens and associated products on a supply only basis. This lot relates to the supply and installation of fitted kitchens and associated products and services. This lot is sub-lotted as follows; — 2.1 will offer members a complete kitchen supply and installation service applicable to refurbishment and replacement of existing kitchens, — 2.2 will offer members a complete kitchen supply and installation service applicable to new build properties. This lot relates to the supply of bathroom products on a supply and delivery only basis. This lot will be the provision of the supply and installation of bathrooms. This lot will be segregated as detailed below; — 4.1 will offer members a complete bathroom supply and installation service applicable to refurbishment and replacement of existing bathrooms, — 4.2 will offer members a complete bathroom supply and installation service applicable to new build properties. This is for the provision of kitchen and/or bathroom installation, and ongoing maintenance of kitchens and Bathrooms to PfH member portfolios.
