DFID is seeking an experienced partner/supplier to design and implement a programme to enable DFID Kenya to independently monitor its portfolio of aid funding programmes, pinpoint and manage fiduciary risk in those programmes, and compare and learn between programmes in what is a complex and high risk portfolio, with multiple goals.
