Tender description

The aim of this Contract is to ensure that all staff has the skills, knowledge, and capabilities to deliver the future vision and strategy of the research councils and Innovate UK. This will be achieved by providing a core learning and development (L&D) offering that will be delivered via either a blended approach, such as e-learning (e.g. webinars, online training), face to face or a mix of the two. The Supplier will be required to offer and deliver appropriate and relevant solutions. The tender is being conducted under the Light Touch Regime (LTR). The Research Councils are: — Arts & Humanities Research Council, — Biotechnology & Biological Sciences Research Council, — Economic and Social Research Council, — Engineering & Physical Sciences Research Council, — Innovate UK, — Natural Environment Research Council, — Medical Research Council, — Science & Technology Facilities Council, The above Council have an Innovate UK and UK Shared Business Services have a requirement for Learning & Development Services. All submissions will be assessed in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, for procurement values that exceed Regulation 5 (Threshold amounts). This procurement will be managed electronically via the Crown Commercial. Service’s e-Sourcing Suite. To participate in this procurement, participants shall first be registered in the e-Sourcing Suite. This is done by sending an email to ExpressionOfInterest@crowncommercial.gov.uk Your email must clearly state: — the name and reference for the procurement you wish to register for, — your organization's full name as a registered supplier, — the name and contact details of the registered individual sending the email. Crown Commercial Service (CCS) will process the email and then enable the Bidder to access the procurement online via the e-Sourcing Suite. The registered user will receive a notification email to alert them once this has been done. As a user of the e-Sourcing Suite, you will have access to Emptoris email messaging service which facilitates all messages sent to you and from you in relation to any specific RFX event.
