Tender description

The University for the Creative Arts would like to undertake a framework for Long Term Maintenance and our Capital Works Programme. It is intended that the framework will be split into the following 3 Lots based on spend: — Lot 1: Works under GBP 100 000, — Lot 2: Works between GBP 100 000 and GBP 500 000, — Lot 3: Works between GBP 500 000 and GBP 2 000 000. An Open Day will be held in early 2018 to provide potential suppliers with further information.
