HealthTrust is seeking to establish a sole-sourced contract for the supply of Staff Uniforms. The scope of this contract includes clinical and non-clinical uniforms specified in the Staff Uniforms Specification. This process will be run as a GPO Open procurement exercise and is exclusively limited to HTE GPO members who have agreed to participate and commit volume to the awarded supplier for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year. HealthTrust will go to market with an initial group of identified participants including; — Tameside and Glossop NHS Trust, — The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Foundation Trust, and, — Shrewsbury and Telford Hospitals NHS Trust. The above Participating Authorities will immediately enter into call-off contracts for a minimum period of 3 years with the Successful Tenderer for the purchase of at least 80 % by volume of each Participating Authority’s requirements for the Goods in each year of the contract term. Please note that the product list provided is not an exhaustive list and Participating Authorities may include other products that can be categorized under Staff Uniforms. Clinical Uniforms: — Female and Male Tunics, — Female and Male Trousers, — Ward Dresses, — Maternity Dresses, — Maternity Tunics, — Maternity Trousers, — Scrub Tops and Trousers, — Tabards, — Epaulettes, and, — Elasticated Belts. Non-Clinical Uniforms: — Female Blouses, — Female Skirts, — Male Shirt, — Male Trousers, — Corporate Dresses, — Polo Shirts, — Men’s tie. — Female Scarf, — Boiler Suits, — Chef’s Tops, — Chef’s Trousers, — Jumpers, — Fleeces, — Gilets, — Outdoor Coats, and, — Hi-Visibility Over Jackets. Following award of the successful Tenderers to the Framework Agreement and the commencement of the Call-Off Contracts for the initial GPO Member Beneficiaries additional GPO Member Beneficiaries may enter a Call-Off Contract during the first year of the Term of the Framework Agreement on a direct award basis provided that those Beneficiaries agree to adhere to the commitment requirements of this Contract. In the case of additional Beneficiaries entering a Call-Off Contract, this Call-Off Contract will expire on the same date that the Call-Off Contracts for the initial Beneficiaries expires. Terms and conditions/Activity-Based Income (ABI): — the terms and conditions of this Framework Agreement and any resulting Call-Off contract are appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE.
