Railway Housing Association is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide planned maintenance for kitchens and bathrooms to properties across its portfolio. It should be noted that railway housing association has a specification for kitchens and bathrooms which suppliers must meet in order to be eligible for consideration. The specification is supplied as part of the tender documents. The project is awarded through procurement HUB's whole house contractors DPS OJEU contract notice ref 2016/S 170-305523. This wide geographical spread means 1 of our biggest challenges is to ensure we provide an equitable and fair service to all, and establishing a presence within each local community. In addition the association manages 73 units of leasehold accommodation for older people.
