Choice required an experienced Principal Contractor to deliver a range of refurbishment and improvement works to an existing sheltered housing and general needs scheme. The scheme contains a mixture of accommodation types, comprising of flats and bungalows. The package of multi-element improvements proposed comprise of kitchen replacement works, including all associated M&E works, upgrade of the scheme’s emergency lighting system and fire alarm system.
