Apprenticeship Levy Programmes For the London Borough of Redbridge

The Provider shall act as a managing agent of the Authority’s Apprenticeship Levy. This role shall include, but not be limited to the Provider undertaking the following: • Selecting colleges/training providers and managing the same to deliver the required training to ensure that Apprentices meet the required standards and obtain the agreed qualification/framework; • Providing advice and guidance to the Authority to ensure that the Authority complies with all obligations in relation to the Apprenticeship Levy; • Providing suitable management information as /when requested by the Authority; and • Prioritising the reporting of Apprenticeship Levy expenditure. The Provider shall only use/access the Levy funds that are in the Authority’s DAS account or/and enrol an Apprentice with prior agreement of the Authority. Keywords: Managing Agent, Apprentice Levy
