Tender description

JISC is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System that will enable Jisc to easily purchase value for money and high quality training courses, training facilitators and training course development services in order to provide training to its members and customers from the education and research sector. Lot 1 concerns training courses for the education sector, these may be either face to face or online and must fall under one of the required categories: IP networking, network equipment and infrastructure, hardware platforms, telephony and VOIP, cyber security and information management, trust and identity, cloud computing (including SaaS platforms), virtualisation, wireless networking and equipment, data privacy, IT policies, IT service management, IT systems, Microsoft Office applications, Learning platform design and implementation, IT service desk operations and management, digital capabilities, curriculum design, learning analytics, digital resources, project management, the prevent duty, library service platforms, collections management, resource discovery, open access, Leadership and coaching. Lot 2 concerns training facilitators to deliver Jisc courses on specific topics listed: IP networking, network equipment and infrastructure, hardware platforms, telephony and VOIP, cyber security and information management, trust and identity, cloud computing (including SaaS platforms), virtualisation, wireless networking and equipment, data privacy, IT policies, IT service management, IT systems, Microsoft Office applications, Learning platform design and implementation, IT service desk operations and management, digital capabilities, curriculum design, learning analytics, digital resources, project management, the prevent duty, library service platforms, collections management, resource discovery, open access, Leadership and coaching. Lot 3 concerns co-development of new training courses for the education sector either face to face or online, in at least one of the following areas: IP networking, network equipment and infrastructure, hardware platforms, telephony and VOIP, cyber security and information management, trust and identity, cloud computing (including SaaS platforms), virtualisation, wireless networking and equipment, data privacy, IT policies, IT service management, IT systems, Microsoft Office applications, Learning platform design and implementation, IT service desk operations and management, digital capabilities, curriculum design, learning analytics, digital resources, project management, the prevent duty, library service platforms, collections management, resource discovery, open access, Leadership and coaching.
