CFT1040226 - DoF - ESS DSS IT Assist - Ivanti support and maintenance contract. IT Assist and IT Assist Confidential (ITAC) wish to put in place a support and maintenance contract for their existing Service Management Tools (SMT), for a period of 5 years beginning in April 2018 to April 2023 with the option of renewing for two separate years running to April 2024 and April 2025. The SMT currently in use within both IT Assist and ITAC is Ivanti. The SMT has been heavily customised over the last 10 years to meet the needs of the customer base. IT Assist and ITAC is seeking to put in place a new support and maintenance contract for their existing SMT Ivanti. The contract should also provide the ability to purchase additional server and analyst licenses. The contract should provide the ability for ITAssist and ITAC to upgrade their own instances to the latest version of the software with no additional costs.
