TfL is looking to appoint consultants on to a Property Development and Consultancy Framework that will consist of the following Lots: — Lot A: Consultancy - Commercial, — Lot B: Consultancy - Residential, — Lot C: Valuations, — Lot D: Financial Advisory Services, — Lot E: Forensic Accounting, — Lot F: Land Referencing, — Lot G: CPO Strategic Advice, — Lot H: Building Surveying, — Lot I: Cost Consultancy, — Lot J: Development Management, and, — Lot K: Project Management More information can be found in the Tender Documents. Whilst TfL is acting as a central purchasing body, the Framework will be available for use by other bodies in London (see section II.2.4 of each lot of this notice for the full list of users).
