Tender description

Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (Arden and GEM CSU), acting on behalf of Southern Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group and NHS England North Midlands, is seeking a suitably qualified provider to deliver high quality and safe primary care medical services at Parkfields Surgery, Derby, under an alternative provider of medical services (APMS) contract. The contract will commence on 1.10.2018 and be for a maximum period of 10 years (initial term 5 years plus option to extend for a further 5 years). Provision of primary medical care services at Parkfields surgery, Derby, under an alternative provider of medical services (APMS) contract. The practice has a list size (at 1.10.2017) of approximately 6 243 (raw list size 6 108). The contract will commence on 1.10.2018 for an initial period of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 5 years (maximum contract term ten years). The contract value will be in the region of 5 300 000 GBP, excluding QOF and Enhanced services payments, over 10 years.
