Tender description

The contract is for the supply of a range of Theatre Disposable products used by NHS Wales. These single use products include but are not limited to: — scrub brushes, — proctoscopes, — sigmoidoscopes, — surgical clipper blades. This lot is split into two and will contain Gelling Mats (Extra Absorbent)and Gelling Mats (Standard Absorbent)it is our intention to award lots 2A and 2B as separate entities. This lot will contain a range of Clamp Covers. This lot is split into four and will contain Proctoscopes, Proctoscopes (short), Proctoscopes (Long) and Proctoscopes (Self-Illuminating) it is our intention to award lots 4A, 4B, 4C and 4D as separate entities. This lot will contain a range of Rectoscopes and accessories such as Rectoscope Kits and Adaptors. This lot will contain a range of Sigmoidoscope Accessories such as Sigmoidoscope Insufflation and Sigmoidoscope Tubes. This lot will contain a range of Sigmoidoscopes. This lot is split into two and will contain Scrub Brush with Nail Pick and Scrub Brush without Nail Pick. it is our intention to award lots 8A and 8B as separate entities. This lot will contain a range of Silicone Slings used in the retraction of Nerves and Vessels. This lot will contain a range of Single use Skin Marker Pens. This lot is split into two and will contain 11A — Surgical Clippers and Blades — Fixed Head and 11B — Surgical Clippers and Blades — Pivoting Head it is our intention to award lots 11A and 11B as separate entities. The actual Clipper will have to be free of charge along with the re-chargeable unit. This lot will contain a range of Swab Containers used in the Theatre Departments in Hospitals. This Lot will contain a 4MM Aortic Punch.
