Lift and escalator installation work

Tender description

The vertical transportation services at the new Curragh Racecourse development comprise of the following; i) Passenger Lift Services — 1 nº VIP 1 000 kg 13 persons, — 1 nº public lift 1 000 kg 13 persons, — 1 nº public passenger lift 1 275 kg 17 persons. ii) Goods Lift Services — 1 nº dirty goods lift 1 400 kg, — 1 nº clean goods lift 5 000 kg. 5 escalators shall also be provided, 2 nº serving level 00 and level 01, 2 nº serving level 01 and level 02 and 1 nº serving level 02 and 03. Note the following specialist contractor’s design responsibilities; — Lift specialist to verify lift performance is in accordance with the detailed specification based on their product specific data; detailed design of lift assembly and component design required in accordance with IS EN 81.
