Tender description

BCPP are looking to appoint a partner organisation who will support core capabilities necessary to achieve its ICT objectives. This includes the provision of a corporate ICT solution to enable BCPP to operate IT core business using latest technologies deployed in a modern and flexible environment. The ICT Managed Service will underpin a cloud-based collaborative platform to allow BCPP to manage and deliver its investment portfolio effectively and securely. This will include hardware, infrastructure, communications, and service support. BCPP are setting up a new office in Leeds which will have approximately 70 members of staff. The contract is to provide the underlying ICT capability on a cloud-based Microsoft 365 platform. The infrastructure will be required to be compatible with specialist financial services software and the system will be required to meet FCA requirements for security and disaster recovery. The office will be established in Spring 2018 and will be operational from early summer 2018. There is a requirement for service desk assistance with normal office hours. BCPP will own the equipment but will source it, through the provider. The equipment is not part of the pricing of this tender.
