A hosted solution that includes unlimited systems administration and support provided by the company as part of the provision for the local land charges (software, support and maintenance) contract. The solution is to be accessible both in the office using thin client technology and Agile remote via Citrix for remote working from home. Local Land Charges, Planning, Private Sector Housing and Environmental Protection are based at Gun Wharf, Dock Road Chatham and Building Control at High Street Rochester. The Local Land Charges solution will not be reliant on other services data that will be obtaining its data from other back office systems via automated interfaces in respect of data, special and links to properties and manual entry where required. Search requests are to be automatically presented from NLIS, via online portal and ability to be entered manually by Local Land Charges staff. N/a.
