Tender description

The Authority requires a Supplier to develop transport connectivity metrics to allow identification of current pressures on the transport network. The metrics must be constructed at three different spatial levels and should be able to recognise constraints based on the transport network itself. The Supplier is expected to provide a report detailing a descriptive analysis of the connectivity indicators produced, how they were calculated and their theoretical justification. This should also include a summary of any assumptions and limitations of the analysis undertaken. The Supplier is also to provide analysis of current, (and if possible historic) connectivity within Great Britain's cities and between cities and other locations. This should be a summary of key findings and data, produced in a spreadsheet format.
