Tender description

Niteworks is facilitating, on behalf of the Army CT Review team, an Industry Workshop on the 7.2.2017 in Farnborough. (Niteworks is a trademark of the Secretary of State for Defence. More information about Niteworks and how it operates can be found at www.niteworks.net.) This notice is an invitation to members of the UK Defence Industry to attend the workshop. Companies who belong to The Niteworks partnership, the Aerospace, Defence and Security body (ADS) and techUK (technology sector trade association) have already been invited to attend the workshop and do not need to re-express an interest. With the exception of members of the Niteworks partnership, participation at the workshop will require companies to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Niteworks is facilitating, on behalf of the Army Collective Training Review team, an Industry Workshop on 7.2.2017 in Farnborough (www.niteworks.net). This notice is an invitation to members of the UK Defence Industry to attend. With the exception of members of the Niteworks partnership, participation at the workshop will require companies to sign a NDA. The purpose of the Workshop will be to solicit industry relevant experience in different specialist market sectors, standpoints and views in the areas of Technology, Enterprise Architecture and business models currently employed in industry. This will be used to inform the Collective Training innovation research study. The Workshop will take the form of an overview of the challenges facing the Army, the overall Collective Training Review programme and facilitated discussions to solicit industry input. There may be additional focus groups to further explore ideas and concepts raised at the Industry Workshop.
