Tender description

Market Drayton Town Council in conjunction with the Lottery want to build a Community/Cafe centre. This will be of Modula/Container conversion construction. Approx 70sqm. This a design and build project. The basis of a design has been drawn but will need further detailing. A visit to site is required. Expression of interests by 14 February 2017. Tender documents will be sent out once all expression of interests have been received by the above date.
