Medway Council ('the Council') is seeking to procure the services of an experienced and suitably qualified Contractor to undertake replacement of oil fired central heating boilers, replacement of indirect water heaters and the installation of a new control system to the school plantroom. The Council is targeting to have awarded the contract no later than 31st March 2017 with a subsequent commencement date of 29th May 2017. The estimated value of the works is approximately within the range £100K - £120K. The estimated Contract period will be for 2 Months. Variants bids will be accepted, therefore tenderers who opt to submit a variant bid must also submit a compliant bid, and both bids will then be considered by the contracting authority. Scope of WORKS, Pricing & Specification The scope of works for this project includes but not limited to: the replacement of the oil fired central heating boilers to the junior block, the replacement of indirect water heaters and the installation of a new control system to the plantroom.
