Repair and maintenance services of security equipment

Tender description

The objective of this Maintenance Contract is for Translink to secure a Contractor to provide routine maintenance, repairs and minor works to Security Systems i.e. CCTV systems Access Control systems Intruder Alarm Systems Customer Information Systems Public Address Systems Disabled and Toilet Refuge Television Distribution Systems Induction Loops Panic alarms Clocks The Contractor is also required to provide a remote monitoring service for our Intruder alarm systems. (see type of signalling identified within the Appendix Asset Information — Locations and Equipment) and may also be required to provide specialist attendance on-site, specialist system advice and assistance and CCTV data retrieval and viewing. Induction Loops, Panic Alarms and Clocks will be repaired on a reactive basis only.
