Tender description
Project Management Services. Orchard Hill College and Orchard Hill College Academy Trust, hereafter referred to as ‘the Client’ wish to issue a contract for up to 3 years to a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy organisation to act as Project Manager/s for the Clients' projects over the next 3 years. At this current time we are currently awaiting the outcome of funding bids for 7 projects. The decision regarding the award of funds for the projects will not be known until May 2017 with all funded projects requiring installation during the summer break (July — September 2017). The Project Manager role will also include assisting with the preparation of future Condition Improvement Funds (CIF) bid applications to the EFA. This will become a major part of the role and previous experience in this role and liaising with the EFA regarding funding would be highly desirable.
