Tender description

This contract is to appoint a single contractor for the provision of a management operating contract covering leisure facilities and associated centre based activity programming in the east of County Durham, namely Peterlee leisure centre and Seaham leisure centre This procurement is issued under an Open OJEU Procedure under Section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 The expected start date for the proposed contract is 1st July 2017. The expected end date for the proposed contract is 31st March 2020. The proposed contract is to be let with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months from the actual end date.
