Tender description

Bristol City Council is seeking experienced partners to provide accommodation and support in Bristol to homeless households. Partners will provide and manage good quality accommodation and provide short term support to people referred into the accommodation to help them recover from homelessness and move on to sustainable housing. Partners will need to be experienced and expert at working with people with a range of needs including mental ill health, substance misuse and psychological trauma. There will be a specific substance misuse accommodation pathway and we are also looking for a resettlement service to help people make their moves out of supported accommodation successful. Providers interested in the supported housing element will need to have access to suitable accommodation, including relevant planning consent. An ability and willingness to work in close partnership with other organisations is essential. We are seeking providers to provide the following service(s): Lot 1 — Accommodation for single people and couples without dependent children. Lot 2 — Accommodation for families with dependent children. Lot 3 -Substance misuse accommodation pathway. Lot 4 — Resettlement support. Please refer to ProContract for more detail on these lots.
