Arden and GEM Commissioning Support Unit seeks proposals for a partner for twelve months who can work with the CSU to provide bespoke advice and support on housing and housing related issues which would include but is not limited to: • Developing housing opportunities and solutions for people with complex needs and behaviour that challenges. • Facilitating strategic dialogue and support between housing agencies, care providers and commissioning agencies to explore creative opportunities for collaboration. • Brokering new partnership opportunities across housing, health and social care. • Delivering practical support to progress agreed ideas through to practical implementation (eg. co-ordinating partners, bid writing and levering in additional expertise/ resource)
