Tender description

Provision of construction and trade sub-contractor works and services for a period of 36 months with options to extend up to a further 12 months at City Building (Glasgow) LLP's absolute discretion. The contract will be split into various lots each of which covers a particular trade or area of work. A maximum of 10 contractors will be appointed to each lot and one sub-contractor may be appointed for multiple lots. No guarantee of workload can be given. Allocation of work will be through mini-competition.
