Tender description

Communal window cleaning for properties within the Lewisham Borough. This comprises of high, medium and low rise purpose built blocks; which span from Deptford in the North, Sydenham /Forest Hill in the West, Catford in the South and Lee Green in the East. Lewisham Homes Limited (LHL) was created as an Arm’s Length Management Organisation (ALMO) in January 2007. It is a non-profit making company limited by guarantee, and the London Borough of Lewisham (LBL) is the sole member. The organisation is responsible for managing around 13 200 tenanted and 4 800 leasehold properties. Lewisham Homes is looking a communal window cleaning contractor for properties within the Lewisham Borough.
