Swindon Borough Council is looking to procure a service-user led Direct Payment Support service for adults eligible for social care. The service will include the following functions: — Information and advice on Direct Payments, — Training, — Facilitating peer support, — Recruitment and Payroll support, — Managed Accounts. The contract is offered for 24 months with the option to extend by 24 months and an option to extend again for a further 24 months (total possible contract term of 72 months). The expected annual price range for the core costs and all activity is £125,000 to £149,000, with a maximum price of £149,000 per annum. The contract will run from 1st April 2018 for an initial term of 2 years with the option to extend for 2 further periods of 2 years each, subject to satisfactory contract performance and budget availability. The total potential contract term will be 6 years. The expected annual price range for the core costs and all activity is £125,000 to £149,000, with a maximum price of £149,000 per annum.
