Swansea Phase 1 itself includes the delivery of a new Arena, two car parks, a Hotel, pedestrian bridge and associated highways and landscaping works to connect to the city center. This includes a number of small size commercial units in various locations. City and County of Swansea are the developer of these units and are looking for an end user to acquire the completed development on a turnkey basis. The Residential accommodation indicatively comprises of 24no - 2-bed DQR compliant apartments formed over 3 levels above retail/commercial units on realigned Wassail Street and situated between the Quadrant Centre and the new Arena/Hotel. A total of circa 1,443 sqm NIA and so approximately 60 sqm per unit could be derived, plus associated common parts for access, a lift/stair core, plant, and service areas. On site cycle parking.
