Leazes Homes Limited requires a service provider to provide a comprehensive housing management service to its housing stock. Currently Leazes Homes stock consists of around 719 affordable housing properties, which are predominantly social rented and affordable rented properties but also include a relatively small number of intermediate homes for sale and rent.
