Quotation for Testing & Maintenance of Lightning Protection Systems The specialist contractor is required to undertake testing, inspection and maintenance of Lightning Protection Systems installed on multi-storey blocks of flats situated in the Metropolitan Borough of Sandwell. The testing and inspection is to be carried out in accordance with BSEN 62305 and all amendments. A programme of maintenance will be agreed with the successful company. The price submitted on the pricing schedule for servicing should include all materials needed to carry out the service and any travelling time and mileage costs. All costs for maintenance testing and repairs etc. must include all provisions required in order for any work undertaken to comply with Health and Safety Regulations including The Work at Heights Regulations 2005.
