Tender description

Birmingham City Council is seeking for organizations to tender for a framework agreement for the repair, maintenance and major refurbishments of lifts in housing, council buildings, and schools. The agreement will commence 1st April 2018 for a period of 4 years with an option to extend for up to 2 years, subject to satisfactory provider performance. For the repair, maintenance and major refurbishments of lifts (including hoists and platform lifts) in Housing properties located in the North and West quadrants of Birmingham. These quadrants account for approximately 177 assets. For the repair, maintenance and major refurbishments of lifts (including hoists and platform lifts) in Housing located in the South and East quadrants of Birmingham. These quadrants account for approximately 222 assets. For the repair, maintenance and major refurbishments of approximately 169 lifts (including hoists and platform lifts) in Corporate, Commercial and Schools sites citywide (throughout Birmingham).
