Invitation to be placed on Contractor "Select Lists"

Tender description

Malvern Hills District Council and Wychavon District Council are inviting applications from suitably experienced and qualified contractors who wish to be considered for inclusion on our ‘Select lists’ for the following categories of work over the next five years, subject to an annual check and review of key criteria: List 1: Low value Arboricultural works (trees and hedges) – up to £10,000 per job List 2: Low value Landscaping works (hard and soft landscaping, including play areas) – up to £10,000 per job List 3: Low value electrical installation and repair works – up to £10,000 per job List 4: Low Value building maintenance and repair works – up to £10,000 per job List 5: Low Value plumbing installation and repair works (including repairs to gas installations) – up to £10,000 per job List 6: Low Value Painting and Decorating works – up to £10,000 per job List 7: Play Equipment installation and repair List 8: Low value Civil Engineering – up to £10,000 per job List 9: Medium Value Civil Engineering works £10,000 to £50,000 List 10: High Value Civil Engineering works over £50,000 (Further details on each list can be found in the procurement documents) Keywords: Arboricultural and Landscaping works, Painting & Decorating, Building maintenance and Repair works, Civil Engineering works, Electrical installation and repair works, Plumbing installation and repair works
