Tender description
Leicester City Council in association with Leicestershire County Council and Rutland County Council ("the Statutory Authorities") is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit tenders for inpatient medically assisted withdrawal drugs and alcohol service for adults in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Leicester City Council (acting on behalf of itself, Leicestershire County Council and Rutland County Council) is leading on this procurement. In addition to the short description in Section II.1.4), please note the following: the procurement is being undertaken as one stage open access process in accordance with the Regime for the award of social and other specific services as defined in Regulation 74 of the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015.
