Tender description
Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) wishes to appoint a financial consultant with strong experience in delivering district energy schemes to provide ongoing financial advice in respect of the Middlesbrough District Energy Network Project (the Project). The Project is a 3 phased district energy scheme with a total capex between £30 and £40 million in Middlesbrough town centre in the Tees Valley, North East England. The Project has recently completed Outline Business Case stage. To act as financial adviser to the TVCA (or any special purpose vehicle established by TVCA for this purpose) during the procurement of a design, build, operate and maintain contract or contracts. The contract will be in place from end February 2018 until the completion of the procurement process (estimated late 2019).
