Tender description
Develop, coach and build Sellafield’s LEAN capability within the PDD to a level of professional accreditation. Encourage and implement an element of corporate cultural change, on both utilising, and the benefits of, LEAN thinking. Implement opportunities identified across projects within Sellafield. Cascade and embed the learning from each opportunity implemented on projects and the associated teams. Develop and establish a centre of improvement expertise within the Project Delivery Directorate (PDD). Develop, coach and build Sellafield’s LEAN capability within the PDD to a level of professional accreditation.
