Tender description

To promote value for money and equality of opportunity, the Council seeks tenders for a range of common goods and services required by the Council on an annual basis, as detailed further below. This opportunity has been divided into a number of Lots and in some cases part Lots (as further detailed below) in order to maximise competition for the opportunity. Bidders wishing to participate in this opportunity may apply for one, all or any number or variety of Lots or part Lots. For the avoidance of doubt, there is no limit on the number of Lots or part Lots that a Bidder may be appointed to. Subject to a sufficient number of compliant responses being received, the Council shall however only appoint a maximum of two suppliers to each Lot (or, in respect of Lots 10, 11 and/or 16, each part of the Lots) in accordance with the process outlined in this Invitation to Tender.
