Tender description

Land and Property Services is seeking to procure a solution which enables OSNI large-scale vector mapping to be efficiently updated and maintained, to the required accuracy and survey standards, by LPS data collection staff. This procurement aims to: 1) Secure support services for the OSNI_2015 large-scale mapping data in the LPS spatial Database (currently Oracle 12c). 2) Provide a workflow system. 3) Implement the OSNI_2015 data rules end-to-end throughout the data maintenance cycle, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of OSNI_2015 are upheld and improved. 4) Provide topological editing software to be used for editing the GML work packages extracted by the workflow solution. 5) Generate replacement OSNI mapping products for customer supply as the OSNI_2015 data is revised. 6) Provide training on all aspects of the data management flowline. 7) Keep LPS abreast of technology changes in line with NICS policies.
