Tender description

A single supplier agreement, for a neutral supply partner, managing a resource pool for Welsh Public Sector Customers to access digital and ICT resources to supplement internal capacity and capabilities. The services will be purchased via discreet, time bound low risk Statements of Work (SoW); ensuring only services within the scope of the agreement are purchased. A compliant and flexible Welsh Public Sector (WPS) agreement for the provision of resource solutions for low risk Statements of Works (SoW). This will be a single supplier agreement, with a “Neutral Supply Partner” (the supplier), providing resource from a pool of talent on standardised rates across the WPS to supplement customer organisations internal capacity and capabilities. The services will be purchased via discreet, time bound low risk SoW; ensuring only services within the scope of the agreement are purchased. The supplier shall be required to develop and manage a resource pool of service providers to meet the fluctuating demand and ever changing technology landscape. The supplier shall contract directly with service providers and not deliver services themselves to fulfil customer SoW using internal resources. The supplier shall be responsible for vetting of suppliers (against pre-determined qualification criteria) and sourcing and matching to customer SoW requirements.
