2021 Census Pay Roll Technical Expert

The Office for National Statistics (the Contracting Authority) has a need for a system for delivering the calculation and payment of wages, salaries and expenses for the 2021 Census (and 2019 Rehearsal) field employees who will be outsourced to a 3rd party supplier (through the Census Field Force People Services Partner procurement). There is an additional consultancy requirement for a payroll systems and integration technical expert covering discovery, design, testing and implementation for CFO to assure that the procured payroll function is fit for purpose. Requirement:- To support the completion of materials to enable the Contracting Authority to procure Payroll services including: • Review of existing payroll requirements identify areas for improvement and provide recommended changes • Review the evaluation criteria to ensure fit for purpose and in line with the full Recruitment, Pay, Training and HR services procurement documents.
