2017 - 563 Flooring Framework (Coventry)

Tender description

The Employer wishes to enter into a Framework Agreement with up to 4 Service Providers for the supply and installation of carpets and flooring across Coventry. The typical property type which will require new flooring are as follows (this includes the kitchen, bathroom and downstairs WC, which on new build properties will not require new flooring); 1 bed flat/house, 2 bed flat, 2 bed house, 3 bed house. We have a budget of £5.99 per square meter for carpet/ flooring and £2.99 per square meter for underlay and would like you to provide samples of carpets which come into that price range. Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of WM Housing Group Staff.
