Tender description

The procurement is for a managed service for the supply of Coagulation Analysers and Consumables. The contract includes maintenance and support. The Trust wishes to implement a managed service contract to replace an existing managed service contract. The successful supplier will be expected to provide an efficient 2 / 4 managed service, including the provision of equipment, consumables, maintenance, repair, training and regular review meetings and reports. The contract is for 5 years with the option for it to be extended for a further two periods of 12 months each.
