Tender description

The opportunity is only open to bids where local companies are the contracting entity. Local companies may form a partnership, consortium or sub-contract agreements with off-Island companies in order to deliver the services. This is a project to procure contractor services for the construction of Westaway Court (ES07) which forms part of a series of enabling projects as part of the new Future Hospital development programme. The project comprises of the construction of a new 3 storey building (plus plant room) to provide a new Out Patient facility as part of the new Future Hospital campus. The facility will provide accommodation for Pathology, Clinical Investigations, Physiotherapy, Dermatology, Cardio Respiratory, Rheumatology, and Neurology with supporting offices, car parking and facilities.
