Tender description

Renew the box gutter and waterproof the entire roof surface at 22-26 Sutton Court Road. In September 2017 the Maintenance Service asked its roofing contractor to investigate reported leaks into flat 24a Sutton Court Road. The contractor advised that the copper roof to the block had deteriorated and ideally needed replacing. This is not work which the Maintenance Service is able to do so it asked its contractor to price to re-waterproof the current roof. During further investigations prior to that job starting, the contractor reported that the box gutter could not be waterproofed as it had deteriorated and needed replacing. The waterproofing work was put on hold, pending resolution of this tender.
