Tender description
The Council are seeking an experienced partner to undertake a Design, Build, Operate and Maintain (DBOM) contract for the replacement and redevelopment of Camberley Arena Leisure Centre to deliver on the Council's health and wellbeing objectives. The Council will host a Bidder's Information Session on the morning of Monday the 11.12.2017. If you'd like to attend please email: business.services@surreyheath.gov.uk by no later than 12:00 Thursday 7.12.2017. Emails must include number of attendees (maximum number of attendees allowed per organisation: 4) and the Organisation's details. The Council requires a partner to deliver leisure management services on its behalf to include the DBOM of a new facility to replace Camberley Arena Leisure Centre. It is seeking a long term contract of up to 25 years.
