Oxford City Council (the ‘City Council’) is seeking to award a Service Concession Contract for the Management and Promotion of Carfax Tower on behalf of the Council as detailed in the Contract Terms and Conditions and the Specification. The principal aim of the tender process is to appoint to the Council a single Concessionaire to operate and manage Carfax Tower, and also promote it as a prime visitor attraction for the Council and as part of a cultural quarter. The Council will be seeking an annual income from this Agreement. Currently the Tower attracts a minimum of 44 000 visitors a year. It will be up to.
