Tender description

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) is the regional strategic social housing authority for Northern Ireland and invites tenders for the supply and delivery of clothing, footwear and personal protective equipment (PPE). The successful tenderer will also be required to provide and manage, for the duration of the contract period, 4 PPE vending machines. Throughout the Contract period the Housing Executive will monitor and review the Contractor's performance under the Contract using 3 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The Housing Executive will manage poor contract performance in accordance with Procurement Guidance Note 01/12, including any amendments and updates issued by the Central Procurement Directorate of Northern Ireland.
