Tender description

1. The authority seeks a contractor to provide a comprehensive service for Pharmacy and Radiopharmacy quality assurance/quality control services. The key objectives are: — provision of a quality assurance/quality control service that satisfies the appropriate National and Regional Policy documents on quality assurance/quality control, — monitoring of the preparation of radiopharmaceutical products at Lincoln County Hospital to the approved standards required under the Medicines Act 1968 and the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, — Testing and monitoring of the Pharmacy Aseptic dispensing facilities and equipment at Lincoln County Hospital and Pilgrim Hospital, Boston, — Ad-hoc requests and various related duties. ULHT Nuclear Medicine Department requires the following quality assurance and quality control services from the service provider: — service provider must hold a current and valid license. Copies of the license and the latest MHRA inspection report will be required for ULHT files, — monitoring of the preparation of radiopharmaceutical products at Lincoln County Hospital to the approved standards required by the MHRA under GMP, the Medicines Act 1968 and the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, — ad-hoc requests and various related duties. Lot 2 – Pharmacy Quality Assurance and Quality Control. ULHT Pharmacy Aseptic Services unit requires the following quality assurance and quality control services from the service provider: — testing and monitoring of the Pharmacy Aseptic dispensing facilities and equipment at Lincoln County Hospital and Pilgrim Hospital, Boston to the required standards, — ad-hoc requests and various related duties.
