Tender description

The Contract is for on-going support and management of the Cetero Software from the software owner. The council implemented Cetero SAM in January 2016. The system provides software asset management and is inter operable with other Council IT systems. The system provides the software for the management of the Councils vendor licences including but not limited to; Microsoft, Adobe, Symantec, Autodesk, CA, and Oracle. The Council is looking to procure on-going support and management for its existing Cetero SAMS Software. The council implemented Cetero SAM in January 2016. The system provides software asset management and is inter operable with the Councils systems. The contract is not to procure a new system or solution, it is solely to support the system it currently has in place.
