We are looking for a partner to deliver a robust hosted service, help us deliver a phased implementation and provide continued comprehensive support that will underpin our significant transformation programme and future operations. As part of our commitment to continuously improve our services, DTS initiated a Service Improvement Programme (SIP). Within the SIP a workstream has been defined to look at implementing a new ITSM Tool which was a recommendation from a review of key ITSM tools within DTS.
